My designs are a combination of my own artwork, Clip Art and purchased copyrighted designs from Artists. We are so excited that you are here with us! Our goal is to provide you with high quality custom fabric for all your projects and designs! In order to have a healthy group here are the FAQ and Rules for the GROUP.
Fabric content and Type: We offer 240GSM Cotton/Lycra 95%/5%, Cotton Woven and Canvas fabrics. We also occasionally offer Minky and French Terry. This will be detailed for each round.
How to Order: We will offer Pre-orders and Retail of our Fabric Designs. You can place your orders on our website: https://poppykettletex.com/
DO NOT combine Preorder and Retail on the same order, your order will be canceled and refunded. Preorders and Retail must be placed on separate orders.

RETAIL: Sometimes, we may pre-cut retail fabric, that means that you may not always get a continuous yardage of fabric. Please keep that in mind because we will not refund or exchange fabric but of course we try our best to keep it as continuous as possible.
Production Time: From the close of the Pre-order fabric will be delivered between 12-15 weeks. However, sometimes things happen beyond our control which may delay the arrival. After we receive the fabric the inspection, packing and shipping will take between 2-3 weeks. We will do our best to get them out to you as soon as possible.
Layaway: We do offer Layaway. There is an additional $5 fee. Use code LAYAWAY for 50% down for a minimum order of $100. The first payment is non refundable UNLESS you cancel the order BEFORE the round closes/the order has been placed. Please feel free to PM one of the Admin with any questions BEFORE placing your layaway order. The Remaining Balance is due within 3 weeks of the preorder close date. If you fail to complete your layaway, you will no longer be eligible for layaway options in the future. We have other options as well, contact me and I help you.
Domestic Shipping: It is our policy that we always try to ship as economically as possible. This means shipping first class domestically with any package eligible. Shipping is based on the amount of fabric your order. I do ship internationally. The prices for domestic orders are located via the link below:

International: We do offer a courtesy discount for all international orders totaling over $50. Get $5 for an order of $50 or more by using the code INTER5, and $10 for any order of $100 or more by using the code INTER10.
NO discounts can be combined with any other offers, coupons and promotions.
What to do upon receipt: Please inspect your fabric upon receipt. You have 3 days to inspect and report if there are any problems. Due to the nature of digital printing there is often white flecks in the fabric, any flaws smaller than a quarter is considered normal and will not be eligible for refund. WE DO NOT REFUND OR DISCOUNT FLAWS SUCH AS RUNS. They are inevitable and we do not get reimbursed for those so we cannot refund them. Although it is highly unlikely you will receive any seriously flawed fabric, we are human and mistakes do happen. Any flaws within 6” of selvage are normal and is not eligible for credit/refund. If you find a flaw greater than a quarter the refund will be 1/36th of the cost per yard x Inches flawed. For example: Price $23 / 36 = $.63 per inch. if you find a 6” flaw you will get a $3.83 refund. When preparing fabric for sewing, please wash your fabric first with a color catcher, to prevent bleeding.
2 Strikes Policy: We understand life happens, but we do not tolerate those who consistently do not follow through with their orders. If you cancel after the round has closed that will count as a strike. If you do not follow through with layaway that will count as a strike. Please communicate with us. We can often work through things if we know about it beforehand.
Payment: We accept Paypal and credit card payments. We are trying out other methods such as Sezzle and After-Pay.
*** FILING CLAIM ON PAYPAL*** If you file a bogus claim on PAYPAL, you will automatically be banned from the group, seriously. If you file a claim before contacting us, you will be banned from the group.
If you feel like there is a problem, SEND Janelle or Jennifer Galea a MESSAGE!! If you feel like the issue was NOT resolved, please feel free to file a PAYPAL claim
PLEASE HAVE RESPECT FOR OTHERS IN THIS GROUP. NO DRAMA! If you are deemed to be causing disruption you will get only 1 warning. Then you will be removed from the Group.
NO BLOCKING ADMIN! IF YOU DO SO YOU WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE GROUP.
Most of our images are watermarked, but occasionally we will have a photo that is not watermarked. You are under no circumstances to share those photos outside of the group. If you are caught stealing our images you will be removed from the group. No screenshots are to be shared outside of the group. If we find you have, you will be removed from the group. No warnings! Consider this your warning.
What can you post here: We are MORE than happy for you to post anything made with our fabric. We just ask that you watermark your photos.
GIVEAWAY DRAWINGS! We will randomly and occasionally offer giveaways and things of that nature. I am a consumer too so I understand the value of customer appreciation. NOTE: SOME GIVEAWAYS WILL REQUIRE THE RECIPIENT TO COVER SHIPPING FEE. If you choose NOT to cover the shipping fee, please let me know and I can redraw for another winner.
